Shipping & Delivery

All To Pastures New lampshades are handmade to order. Please allow 1–4 weeks for your lampshade to be made before dispatch.

Fabric and other ready-to-ship items will usually be dispatched sooner. Where an order contains both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, they may be dispatched together once the complete order is ready.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that our 1–4 week lampshade lead time is the making time before dispatch and is separate from the courier's delivery time.

Delivery Delays

As our lampshades are made by hand in small batches, occasionally an order may take a little longer than expected. If there is likely to be a significant delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@topasturesnew.com as soon as possible and include photographs of both the item and its packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery through our website.

If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us at hello@topasturesnew.com and we can let you know whether delivery is possible and provide a shipping quote.
